Week13: presentation reactions

• Megan Culleiton: Hetalia: A critical analysis on the anime, its historical teachings and anthropology.

Ive never been a fan of this anime/manga because of its endless list of problems but i appreciate megan going up there and presenting us with her opinions. 

• Jaime Losada:  I'm approaching the topic of comedy in contemporary Shounen Anime. In particular, I will talk about Studio ONE's hits One Punch Man and Mob Psycho 100. 

Im going to agree with Jaime and say that both one punch man and Mob have two of the best plots of contemporary comedy in shonen anime. Both stories are masterfully animated and their choice to work on the dramatics of everything without becoming tacky or tasteless is a win. Overall i enjoyed his presentation.

Much like Jaime's presentation i really enjoyed the many layers and types of comedy, finding engaging and quite entertaining examples for each that perfectly represent the different types of comedy and how they've progressed over the years while still maintaining true .
